We're a US-based company — a multi-location driving education network in New York that has trained thousands of students. We already have a great Philippines-based team, and we treat our people well: clear expectations, steady work, genuine respect, and real growth for those who earn it. This is a long-term seat, not a churn-and-burn gig. We're looking for someone exceptional to grow with us.

What this role is
You'll be the right hand to two busy owners. Your job is simple to describe and demanding to do well: take things off our plate — the work we don't have time for, shouldn't be doing ourselves, or just need handled and off our minds.
Sometimes you'll have a clear process to follow. Just as often you won't — and that's exactly where the right person shines. When there's no playbook, you research it, figure out the smartest way to do it, build the process, and get it done. We want someone we can hand a goal to, not just a task, and trust that it's handled.

What you'll help with
A bit of everything across the business — it varies week to week. For example:

Running and following up on recurring tasks across operations, admin, and our internal systems
Tackling one-off projects and research: figuring out how something should be done, then doing it
Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and our team
Helping with marketing tasks (posting, publishing, organizing) when needed
Turning the things we do into clean, repeatable processes so the business runs smoother over time

The specific tasks are learnable. What we can't teach is the resourcefulness and drive to own them.

Who you are

Resourceful. When you hit something you don't know, you figure it out — you research, you learn, and you come back with a plan, not just a question.
Proactive and ownership-driven. You anticipate what's needed, follow through without reminders, and treat our business like it's your own.
Hungry, with an excellent work ethic and high standards. This matters more to us than your résumé. You take pride in your work and you don't cut corners.
A sharp, fast learner who's comfortable with ambiguity and figures out the path forward.
An excellent communicator in written and spoken English — clear, professional, and easy to work with.
Organized and great with everyday tools (Google Workspace and similar), and quick to pick up new ones. Fluent with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) is a big plus — we love people who use them to move faster.
Honest, discreet, and trustworthy — you'll handle sensitive information.
2+ years supporting executives, founders, or businesses is ideal (US experience a plus), but the right attitude and ability matter more than years on paper.

The details

Hours: Full-time, with some daily overlap with US Eastern Time (we'll work out the exact hours together).
Pay: $7–$10/hr depending on experience — and more for someone exceptional. Strong performers grow quickly from here.
Location: Fully remote, work from home.
Type: Long-term. We want someone to build a future with us.
