ABOUT THE PROJECT

I am the creator of The UnderShadow Universe, an expanding multimedia brand consisting of books, apparel, collectibles, gaming products, memberships, and merchandise sold through multiple Print-On-Demand (POD) platforms and ecommerce channels.

I am seeking a highly detail-oriented image specialist to help prepare my existing artwork and product imagery for professional Print-On-Demand deployment across multiple vendors.

This is not simply a graphic design role.

The primary objective is to ensure every product image is professionally enhanced, upscaled, quality-controlled, organized, and delivered in formats that meet or exceed the requirements of multiple POD suppliers.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

I will provide:

• Product inventory spreadsheet
• Existing artwork files
• Existing product images
• Branding guidelines
• Product categories

You will:

• Review the inventory spreadsheet and identify all products requiring image assets.
• Create and/or organize Front and Back product image sets where applicable.
• Professionally upscale artwork while preserving sharpness, detail, transparency, and print quality.
• Ensure artwork meets POD vendor specifications.
• Remove artifacts, pixelation, compression issues, and quality defects.
• Create transparent PNG files when required.
• Prepare organized file structures for future ecommerce deployment.
• Maintain consistent naming conventions across all products.
• Verify final images are production-ready.

DELIVERABLE REQUIREMENTS

Final files should be delivered in organized folders containing:

Images must be suitable for deployment across multiple POD vendors without requiring additional editing.
