As the Chief of Staff, you are the right-hand to the President of the company. You will manage the books, drive project delivery, serve as an Executive Assistant, and nurture our team culture. We are looking for a "wearer of many hats" who finds satisfaction in ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Administration & Bookkeeping
- Manage the invoicing lifecycle.
- Generate employee time reports and ensure accurate, timely payroll processing.
- Record bills, track expenses, and perform monthly bank reconciliations.

Executive Support & Coordination
Own the President’s calendar: schedule meetings and provide appointment reminders.
Attend meetings to take minutes, track action items, and ensure accountability across the team.

Project Management & Client Relations
Act as a bridge between the company and our clients, managing expectations and communication.
Take a hands-on approach to project work, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to our quality standards.

Team Operations & Recruitment
Support the team's needs.
Assist with the hiring pipeline: screen resumes, assist with initial interviews, and manage onboarding for new tea ---------- mbers.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in an Operations, Project Management, or high-level Administrative role.
- Highly organized and proactive, with a "high-agency" mindset. Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with competing deadlines.
- Proven Project Management skills, with the ability to lead client communications, track deadlines, and execute deliverables independently.
- Expertise in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) with the ability to manage complex scheduling and file organization.
- Proficiency in Financial Administration, including experience with invoicing cycles, payroll processing, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks Online experience is a significant advantage).
- Experience in Talent Operations, including resume screening, conducting interviews, and managing employee onboarding/training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of maintaining a professional tone with high-value clients and internal stakeholders alike.
Bonus: Experience with automation workflows, CRM platforms, or no-code/low-code tools to help streamline internal operations.
