# Klaviyo Email Technician (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced **Klaviyo Email Technician** to join our growing ecommerce email marketing agency.

This is NOT an entry-level position.
You MUST already have experience with:

* Klaviyo
* Building flows
* Campaign setup
* Figma
* Ecommerce email marketing

You will work closely with our strategy and design team to build and manage high-converting email campaigns and flows for ecommerce brands.

## Your Responsibilities

### Campaign Setup

* Build campaigns inside Klaviyo
* Slice/export email designs from Figma
* Upload images into Klaviyo correctly
* Add the correct links/buttons/products
* Make sure emails are responsive on desktop + mobile
* Write subject lines and preview text
* Schedule campaigns at the correct send times
* Set up A/B tests when requested
* QA and test emails before sending

### Flow Building

* Build flows correctly inside Klaviyo
* Set up:

* triggers
* profile filters
* conditional splits
* delays
* flow logic
* dynamic blocks
* segmentation
* Ensure flows send correctly and work exactly as instructed
* Troubleshoot flow issues when needed

## Workflow

We work with:

* Figma
* Klaviyo
* Trello
* SOP videos
* SOP documents

Everything will be clearly documented in:

* Trello tasks
* Loom videos
* Written SOPs

You simply need to execute accurately and efficiently.

## Requirements (MUST HAVE)

* Proven experience with Klaviyo
* Experience building flows
* Experience setting up campaigns
* Experience working from Figma designs
* Understanding of ecommerce email marketing
* Experience with segmentation
* Understanding of email best practices
* Fast and reliable internet
* Available for long-term work
