Full-Time Call Representative (Remote)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Compensation: 4 USD per hour, with potential raises as additional tasks are assigned

Job Description:
We are All Sport Netting, and we are looking for a female Call Representative with a bubbly and friendly personality to join our team full-time. The primary responsibility for this role is to answer incoming calls, gather basic information from clients, and understand what assistance or services they need. When there are no incoming calls, you will be expected to perform cold calling to potential clients.

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner
Collect key information from clients and identify their needs
Provide basic information about our services or direct the call to the appropriate person
Make cold calls to potential clients when call volume is low
Maintain simple call notes and updates as needed
Represent the company with a positive, energetic attitude

Requirements:
Female candidate
Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills
Warm, bubbly personality and comfortable talking on the phone
Reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work
Ability to work full-time, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday
Willingness to take on additional tasks over time (with corresponding pay increases)
