GoHighLevel & Zapier Automation Expert for Cleaning Company

We are looking for a GoHighLevel and Zapier automation expert to help set up client and cleaner reminder automations for our cleaning company.

The first project will include setting up the following automations:

Client Day-Before Reminder Text

A text reminder should be sent to clients the day before their scheduled cleaning.

The message should go out between 4 PM and 6 PM.

The text should remind the client of their upcoming cleaning appointment.

Cleaner One-Hour Reminder Text

A text reminder should be sent to the assigned cleaner 1 hour before the booking.

This reminder should help make sure cleaners are aware of the job and arrive on time.

We use GoHighLevel and Zapier, so we need someone experienced with both platforms. You must understand automation workflows, triggers, SMS setup, and how to properly connect systems without errors.

Pay:

$50 per automation setup

This first project budget is $60 total to set up these reminder automations

We are also looking for someone long-term for bigger automation projects if this first project goes well

Requirements:

Experience with GoHighLevel automations

Experience with Zapier

Ability to test automations before marking the project complete

Good communication

Attention to detail

Must be reliable and able to complete the project properly
