JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a motivated and resourceful Lead Generation Specialist to help fill vacant commercial space at our shopping plaza located in Pennsylvania.

This is not primarily an administrative position. We are looking for someone who enjoys finding opportunities, researching prospects, making connections, and helping generate results.

Responsibilities
1. Identify prospective tenants that may be a good fit for our shopping plaza
2. Research local businesses, regional businesses, franchises, and expanding companies
3. Find business owners, decision makers, and contact information
4. Build and maintain prospect databases
5. Assist with outreach through email, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels
6. Track leads and follow-up activity
7. Recommend creative ways to attract new tenants

Requirements
1. Lead generation experience
2. Strong online research skills
3. Excellent written communication
4. Organized and detail-oriented
5. Self-motivated and able to work independently

Compensation
$6-$8 USD per hour depending on experience
Approximately 10 hours per week to start
Performance Bonus
In addition to hourly compensation, Brave Owl offers a leasing success bonus.
A bonus of $250 USD will be paid for any tenant sourced by the VA who:
1. Is initially identified by the VA
2. Signs a lease at 665 Carey Avenue
3. Pays the required security deposit and first month's rent
There is no limit to the number of leasing bonuses that can be earned.
A bonus of $500 USD will be paid for any second tenant sourced by the VA
