JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a confident, experienced appointment setter to make outbound calls to independent financial advisors across the U.S. on behalf of Vidiance. This is not a mass-dialing telemarketing role. Financial advisors are sophisticated professionals who are skeptical of anything that feels pushy or scripted. You will need to earn their attention in the first 15 seconds, navigate real objections with ease, and represent our brand with professionalism and credibility.

Your primary goal on every call is to schedule a 15-minute discovery call with the advisor and our founder. Your secondary goal, if they are not ready to book, is to capture their email address so we can follow up with information.

This is a part-time role with a clear path to expanded hours as results grow. We want someone who treats this like a career, not a gig.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Make outbound calls to a list of financial advisors using GoHighLevel (our CRM and phone system)
Follow a proven call script provided during onboarding; adapt naturally without sounding robotic
Handle common objections professionally and keep the conversation moving
Book qualified appointments directly onto the founder's calendar
Capture email addresses from advisors who are interested but not ready to schedule
Log every call outcome and detailed notes inside GoHighLevel immediately after each call
Report daily call metrics (dials, contacts, appointments set, emails captured)
Communicate patterns, objections, and insights to your manager weekly

REQUIREMENTS

Perfect spoken and written English. No exceptions. You will be speaking with financial professionals in the US
Minimum 3 years of experience in appointment setting, B2B cold calling, or phone sales
Experience calling professionals in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries is a strong plus
Proven ability to navigate gatekeepers and handle objections without getting flustered
Proficiency with GoHighLevel — CRM, pipeline management, call logging, and note-taking. You must know this platform. Do not apply if you have never used it.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional calling environment
Must be available to work during U.S. Eastern business hours (8:00 AM to 2:00 PM ET minimum). This is a hard requirement. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to these hours.
Self-motivated, accountable, and detail-oriented

SCHEDULE & HOURS

Part-time: 10 to 12 hours per week to start
Required availability: U.S. Eastern Time business hours (10:00 AM to 3:00 PM ET)

COMPENSATION

$7 to $10 per hour based on experience
Paid weekly
Hours may increase as results demonstrate fit
