We are expanding our Go-To-Market (GTM) team and looking for a dedicated Sales Coach who wants a permanent career home.
- Location: Remote (Global / Ph Timezone Aligned)
- Compensation: 50,000 PHP Base + Daily Pay Raises
- Income by Year End: 100k - 200k PHP per month stable, long-term career role
- Type: Full-Time (8 hours/day, with occasional off-hour urgent messaging)
- Compensation & Daily Pay Raise Structure
This is NOT one of those jobs where a promotion is maybe possible a year from now. Your pay raises happen daily and immediately within your first month.
- Week 1 (Paid Training): 1,000 PHP / day to learn our ecosystem.
- Month 1 (Probationary Evaluation): 40,000 PHP base to evaluate your real-world performance.
- Month 2+ (Full Onboarding): Base immediately bumps to 50,000 PHP. Your Daily Pay Raises kick in based on daily performance milestones, scaling you rapidly to the 100,000 PHP/month milestone.
- Month 6 (Promotion Track): Proven leaders move into senior management with a total compensation path of 200,000 PHP/month.

- What You Will Do:
- Deconstruct & Coach: Train and upskill new remote sales trainees. You must be able to consciously label and define sales mechanisms. (e.g., A good salesperson builds rapport naturally; a great Sales Coach can explicitly name the mechanism of "building rapport," define it, and teach it step-by-step).
- Build Assets: Create, refine, and update highly structured sales training materials.
- Experiment & Innovate: Test new lead magnets, angles, and sales channels to keep our pipeline hot.
- Mediate & Lead: Arbitrate internal disputes between sales reps fairly to maintain a healthy, high-performing environment.
- Ethical Leadership: Maintain ethical workplace standards and foster a supportive environment focused on genuine career growth.
