Can you think laterally and manage people? (Work from home)

We are a marketing company who promotes the products and services of other companies online. We have been in business for 3 years now, and we LOVE to employ staff from the Philippines.

I am looking for a proactive employee to manage a small team of Philippines-based staff and to help plan/oversee other projects like building websites.

You will not necessarily have to build the websites yourself, but you will need to be able to manage the project and parties involved.

This job requires:
- very good attention to detail
- very good written English communication skills
- a very organized person
- a creative thinker
- a self-motivated individual
- a good finisher of tasks (not leaving loose ends)
- a good understanding of how people browse and use the internet
- that you own a computer and have reliable internet access


If you have a degree in business management or economics this could be a good job for you.
Also, if you have a marketing background this job could be just what you're looking for.

We have a manager who will work one on one with you through the whole process and later this year you will be the support person for this manager.

We are looking to employ for 40 hours each week on a permanent long term basis. If you wish to work more than 40 hours each week then I am open to discuss the possibility of more hours.
