Rate: $5 USD/hour
Hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule: Primarily 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST (with some flexibility)

About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor to become a key part of our growing real estate media company.
This role is primarily focused on content strategy and video editing, with occasional virtual assistant tasks to support the business.
We’re not looking for someone to simply schedule posts or follow generic growth advice.
We’re looking for someone who can bring ideas to the table, help shape our content strategy, and create engaging content that people actually want to watch.

What You’ll Be Doing

Content Creation & Editing
* Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
* Create dynamic edits using captions, motion graphics, and 3D text
* Research current social media trends and viral content
* Develop content ideas that drive engagement and generate leads
* Write hooks, captions, scripts, and content concepts
* Analyze competitors and industry leaders for inspiration
* Help build and improve our overall content strategy
* Recommend new ideas based on performance and trends

Virtual Assistant Support
* Organize files and digital assets
* Assist with administrative tasks as needed
* Help keep projects organized and moving forward

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills
* Strong video editing experience
* Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube
* Advanced editing skills (captions, motion graphics, 3D text, transitions, pacing)
* Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement
* Excellent written English
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Bonus Points If You Have
* Experience growing social media accounts
* Experience creating content that drives leads or sales
* Graphic design experience
* Experience in the real estate or marketing industry
