JOB OVERVIEW

Brand Manager (Amazon Ecommerce) – Help Scale a 7-Figure Brand to 8 Figures

We are looking for an exceptional Brand Manager to help scale an established Amazon business from 7 figures to 8 figures.

This role is for someone who lives and breathes Amazon ecommerce — someone who sees Amazon not as “just a job” but as their craft, passion and long-term career.

We are not looking for a coordinator or admin-style brand manager.

We are looking for a commercially minded operator who can think strategically, manage execution, drive accountability and help scale a serious business.

You should be someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, driving performance and taking ownership of outcomes.

You will work directly with the founder and play a key role in helping scale the business.

About the Business

We already have strong infrastructure in place, including:

PPC agency and PPC consultant
Product development and sourcing support
Supply chain management
Graphic design support
Bookkeeping and finance coordination
Accounting and compliance support

This means your role is not to do everything yourself.

Your role is to drive performance, coordinate execution, improve accountability and ensure the business runs at a high level.

You will act as the operational and commercial lead across the brand.

What You Will Be Responsible For

You will oversee brand performance and execution across multiple areas of the business.

You will monitor performance, identify opportunities and solve problems before they become expensive.

You will set KPIs, manage accountability and ensure internal teams and external partners are aligned and executing properly.

You will work closely with PPC teams to ensure campaigns align with commercial goals, product launches and profitability targets. You are not expected to be a PPC specialist, but you should understand performance drivers and know how to challenge, guide and align strategy.

You will help create and execute product launch strategies, ensuring launches are coordinated across inventory, listings, creative, PPC and operations.

You will drive optimisation strategies across the catalogue, continuously improving conversion, profitability and customer experience.

You should have a strong creative eye for ecommerce and understand what makes listings convert. You should be confident reviewing listing images, A+ content, branding and customer-facing assets and giving clear commercial feedback.

You will also help support marketplace expansion and ensure launches into new regions are strategically planned and operationally successful.

Most importantly, you will be someone who takes ownership.

You do not wait for problems to escalate. You spot them early, solve them quickly and move things forward.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

Has strong Amazon/ecommerce experience and understands what drives growth
Has managed brands, teams or large areas of responsibility
Understands launches, optimisation, conversion and commercial performance
Thinks like an owner and takes accountability seriously
Is highly organised and execution-focused
Has strong problem-solving ability and commercial judgement
Has a strong creative instinct for ecommerce conversion
Is comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, deadlines and priorities
Wants to build a long-term career in ecommerce and scale something meaningful
What Success Looks Like
Teams are accountable and operating efficiently
Launches are well executed and commercially successful
Problems are identified and solved quickly
Brand performance improves through strong execution and optimisation
Marketplace expansion is organised and profitable
The founder spends less time chasing operations and more time focusing on growth
This Role Is NOT For Someone Who:
Only uploads listings and follows instructions
Needs constant management and direction
Avoids accountability
Thinks tactically but not strategically
Has only handled small, simple Amazon accounts
