About us:
We're a US-based digital marketing agency serving law firm clients. We're hiring an experienced PPC specialist to own paid campaign execution across our client accounts. Long-term, full-time, above-market pay, and a team that treats its people as real team members. We keep strategy and client communication in-house. You own execution: building, optimizing, and QA'ing campaigns, and making sure tracking actually works.
What you'll do:
Build and structure Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max) to best practice
Manage Local Services Ads (LSA) for law firms
Set up and audit conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager); catch tracking issues before they cost money
Manage budgets, bids, negative keywords, and ad copy
Run weekly account audits and flag problems proactively
Produce clear performance reports
Requirements:
3+ years hands-on Google Ads experience (agency background preferred)
Proven conversion tracking, GA4, and Google Tag Manager experience
Google Ads certification (Search + Measurement)
Strong written English
Willing and able to work US Eastern hours
LSA experience a plus
