JOB OVERVIEW

The Ticketing Co. is looking for a Marketing Manager to own brand, content, and campaign strategy across our fast-growing event ticketing platform. You'll shape how we show up in every channel — social, email, web, partner decks, and beyond — while running campaigns that drive organizer acquisition and deepen platform engagement.

If you love building brands, turning data into decisions, and shipping work that actually moves the needle, we want to talk.

What You'll Do

**Lead marketing strategy & execution**
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns that grow brand awareness, attract event organizers, and increase platform engagement
- Build and manage a marketing calendar that stays in step with sales, product, and ambassador initiatives
- Deliver campaigns on time, on brand, and tied to measurable outcomes

**Own content, email & social media**
- Manage all social media channels — voice, cadence, and visual consistency
- Oversee outbound marketing content including newsletters, landing pages, social posts, video clips, event recaps, contesting campaigns, and email marketing
- Schedule and optimize posts using tools like ContentStudio

**Strengthen the brand**
- Evolve The Ticketing Co.'s brand identity and tone across digital platforms, partner materials, and client-facing touchpoints
- Keep our visuals and voice consistent everywhere our name shows up

**Collaborate across teams**
- Partner with the CGO, CEO, and dev team to support product launches, the Ambassador program, and lead generation
- Work with the Growth team to surface organizer and ambassador testimonials, generate UGC, and showcase brand loyalty
- Support website updates and content alongside the dev team

**Run paid & performance marketing**
- Build and manage paid campaigns in collaboration with leadership
- Track campaign and channel performance, report monthly on KPIs (reach, conversions, CTR, CAC), and recommend where to double down

What You Bring

- 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or events
- Strong copywriting and brand-building skills across channels
- Proficiency with social media management, email marketing platforms, and light graphic design
- Experience designing and running contests, giveaways, and email campaigns
- A data-driven mindset — comfortable tracking, analyzing, and optimizing based on performance
- Organized, self-motivated, and at ease managing timelines and collaborators
- A collaborative, proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, growing team

Tools You'll Work With

Discord · Google Workspace (Meet, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) · ContentStudio · Monday.com · The Ticketing Co. Admin Dashboard · Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn

Reporting Structure

Reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer, with regular collaboration with the CEO and broader leadership team.
