Ecommerce Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online & Amazon Experience Required)

Pixie is a fast-growing U.S.-based ecommerce company focused on creating products that improve the lives of women and families. We're looking for an experienced Ecommerce Bookkeeper to join our team and help maintain accurate financial records for a multi-million-dollar ecommerce business.

**What You'll Do:**

* Manage bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
* Reconcile Amazon, Shopify, PayPal, Stripe, bank accounts, and credit cards
* Prepare monthly financial reports and financial statements
* Track inventory-related transactions and cost of goods sold (COGS)
* Process vendor payments and maintain organized financial records
* Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
* Identify and resolve discrepancies proactively

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience
* Strong QuickBooks Online experience
* Experience managing books for an ecommerce company generating $10M+ annually
* Amazon accounting and reconciliation experience
* Strong understanding of inventory accounting and COGS
* Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
* Excellent English communication skills
* Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

**Bonus Qualifications:**

* Shopify accounting experience
* Experience with inventory management systems
* Experience working with U.S.-based companies
* Understanding of accrual accounting
