JOB OVERVIEW

DO NOT USE AI TO APPLY TO THIS ROLE. We will use AI to analyze your responses and you will not be hired.

We are looking for one exceptional person who is genuinely strong in two areas: social media strategy for other people’s brands, and executive and operations support. This is not a role where you are strong in one and learning the other. We need both, and we need both at a high level.

The social media side is the bigger priority. You will be working directly inside Keenya’s brand — studying her content, her competitors, her audience, and her offers — and generating strategic content ideas that grow her accounts and sell her programs. This requires someone who has done exactly this for someone else’s business before, not just their own.

The EA and operations side supports our Online Business Manager, in keeping the business running smoothly. You will need to be comfortable in GoHighLevel, understand email and automation workflows, and be organized, proactive, and reliable.

SOCIAL MEDIA RESPONSIBILITIES
Study and deeply understand Keenya’s brand voice, content style, offers, and target audience
Research competitors and trending content in the TikTok and Instagram space weekly
Generate strategic content ideas for TikTok and Instagram Reels — hooks, angles, and concepts that align with Keenya’s voice and selling goals
Support content calendar planning — not just scheduling, but thinking strategically about what content serves which part of the funnel
Assist with launch content strategy during promotional periods — what to post, in what order, to sell effectively
Monitor content performance and flag what is working and what is not
Understand ManyChat automation and how it integrates with content strategy

You must be able to think inside someone else’s brand and generate ideas that sound like them, sell for them, and grow their audience — not your own.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & OPERATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES
Support (OBM) with day-to-day operational tasks including inbox management, scheduling, and follow-ups
Maintain and organize content folders, files, and assets in an established system
Assist with GoHighLevel — workflows, pipelines, automations, and campaign management
Support podcast operations for two podcasts: If You Create It and You, Me & Jesus
Help manage the weekly newsletter, The Download, including placeholder prep before send
Keep the content calendar updated and accurate at all times
Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across the team
Handle administrative tasks as assigned — research, data entry, document preparation, and more

WHAT YOU MUST BRING
Non-negotiable qualifications. Do not apply if you cannot demonstrate all of the following:

Proven experience managing social media strategy for a client or employer — not just your own brand
You must be able to show us the account you managed, the content you created for them, and the results you delivered
Growing your own account is a plus, not a substitute for this requirement
Demonstrated results — follower growth, engagement improvement, or revenue generated for a client/employer
We need real numbers. Screenshots, analytics reports, or before-and-after data
Content calendar examples from client or employer work — show us how you planned and organized content for someone else’s business
GoHighLevel (GHL) proficiency — you should be able to navigate workflows, automations, and pipelines without training
Strong EA or operations background with real examples of how you have supported a CEO or business owner
Project management, inbox management, calendar management, SOP creation, and systems work
Funnel awareness is a strong plus — understanding how email sequences, landing pages, and automations connect
Excellent written English — you will be writing, communicating, and representing this brand in writing daily

HOW TO APPLY
We receive a high volume of applications and we review every one carefully. To be considered, your application must include all of the following. Applications missing any item will not be reviewed.

A short introduction about yourself — who you are, where you are based, and why you are applying for this specific role
Examples of social media accounts you have managed for a client or employer — include the account handle and your specific role in managing it
Measurable results from that client or employer work — follower growth, engagement numbers, or revenue impact with screenshots or analytics to back it up
A content calendar example you created for a client or employer
Examples of your operations or EA background — show us the systems, funnels, or automations you have built or managed
A 1–2 minute video introduction — speak to us naturally, tell us about your experience, and show us your communication style and personality

We are looking for someone who reads this posting carefully, follows every instruction, and submits everything we asked for. That alone tells us a lot about how you work.
