Graphic Design Assistant for Pickleball Company

We are looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Design Assistant to help create custom pickleball paddle designs for our customers.

This is a full-time remote position with opportunities for growth as our company expands.

About the Job

The primary responsibility is creating simple custom paddle mockups for customers. Most projects involve placing a customer's logo, colors, and branding onto a pickleball paddle template and preparing a professional mockup for approval.

No advanced design experience is required. We will provide training on how to use Adobe Illustrator and our design process.

Responsibilities

• Create custom pickleball paddle mockups using customer logos and branding
• Make simple revisions based on customer feedback
• Organize design files and customer artwork
• Send and respond to customer emails through Gmail regarding design approvals, revisions, and project updates
• Maintain accurate records of customer projects
• Follow company design standards and procedures
• Post promotional content in Facebook groups using company accounts to promote pickleball products and services
• Assist with basic social media marketing and customer outreach
• Follow company design standards and procedures
• Meet project deadlines and maintain attention to detail

Requirements

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Basic computer skills
• Basic graphic design experience
• Willingness to learn Adobe Illustrator
• Comfortable using Gmail and responding to customer emails
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable computer and internet connection
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
