Content Systems VA for Men’s Coaching Brand (Full?Time, Long?Term)

I’m Stefan, founder of Status Alpha – a high?ticket mentorship for men who want elite body, energy, mindset and performance.

I’ve already built a detailed Content Operating System (folders, trackers, SOPs, Loom trainings). I shoot content and drop it into Google Drive. I need a Content Systems VA who loves structure and can run the machine so I don’t have to think about it.

Your mission: take every video I drop into Drive and, using my SOPs, turn it into organized assets and scheduled posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.

This is a full?time, long?term role for someone in the Philippines with strong written English and real experience supporting coaches/creators.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (DAY TO DAY)

– Take raw videos from a Google Drive INBOX and:
• Upload to transcription tools
• Paste transcripts into Google Docs
• Fix grammar, misheard words and punctuation (especially for key assets like testimonials, VSLs, hero content)

– Use AI tools (I’ll provide access + prompts) to:
• Generate structured editor briefs
• Pull out hooks, clip ideas and timestamps

– Create and maintain Clip Briefs for the editor:
• Fill in meta info, link to source files, paste AI briefs
• Add simple thumbnail notes (text + which folder to pull photos from)

– Coordinate with the editor:
• Move assets through “Raw ? Briefed ? Editing ? Needs Revision ? Approved”
• Watch drafts, write clear revision notes, and approve final versions

– Organize assets in Google Drive:
• Keep RAW vs PROOF vs Stefan Asset Bank clean
• Follow naming conventions and folder structures

– Schedule/publish content (via schedulers / Meta Suite) across:
• Instagram / Facebook
• TikTok
• YouTube (Shorts + long?form)
• LinkedIn

– Log monthly performance in a simple sheet:
• Add top?performing posts with their metrics
• Write 3–10 bullet?point learnings (patterns, not complex analytics)

You will get Looms and SOPs for all of this. Your job is to follow them, improve small things, and keep everything on time.

WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO

– You will NOT be the face of the brand.
– You will NOT be the closer or DM setter.
– You will NOT be asked to invent our entire marketing strategy.
– You will NOT be left guessing what to do.

REQUIREMENTS (MUST?HAVES)

– Written English: 9/10 or close. You can fix transcripts and captions so they read like a native wrote them.
– Experience running content for at least one coach/creator (content calendar, organizing Google Drive, coordinating with editor/design, scheduling posts).
– You actually like SOPs, Loom trainings and checklists.
– Strong with:
• Google Drive / Docs / Sheets
• Canva (basic graphics/thumbnails)
• A simple video editor (CapCut or similar – trimming/cropping)
• A social media scheduler (Meta Business Suite, Metricool, Hootsuite, GoHighLevel, etc.)
– Extremely organized and detail?oriented.

SCHEDULE & PAY

– ~35–40 hours/week
– Philippines evenings preferred (to overlap with US time)
– Light weekend coverage (1–3 hours Sat/Sun) for basic checks and urgent tasks

Pay:
– Starting USD $500–700 per month, depending on experience and skill
– Long?term, full?time role if we’re a good fit
– Room to grow if you perform and take full ownership
