We're Hiring - VIDEO EDITOR / SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Wolves Academy / Eric Ellis

Remote | Per-edit pay | EST Hours Preferred


ABOUT THE ROLE
We're growing the content team behind the Wolves Academy / Eric Ellis brand. We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Video Editor to help us build a real presence on Instagram and TikTok. You'll own content creation, from ideation and editing to copywriting and scheduling.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Create and publish 5-7 Reels/TikToks per week that match the brand's voice and direction
- Edit short-form video content using CapCut, or similar tools
- Write captions, hashtags, and post copy that connect with a Gen Z audience
- Track and report on key metrics: engagement rate, follower growth, reach, and more


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience managing Instagram and/or TikTok accounts (portfolio required)
- Short-form video editing skills
- Comfortable with tools like CapCut and Canva
- Excellent copywriting and caption writing
- You genuinely understand Gen Z content/trends
- Available during EST hours and can commit to 20–30 hours/week


DETAILS
- Schedule: EST hours preferred
- Payment is output-based (per video edit)
- Setup: Fully remote
- Start: ASAP

Wolves Academy is a professional Training and Coaching business building and connecting the next generation of 1% Men. Our goal is to teach men around the ages of 18 to 26 about Money, Masculinity, and Physical and mental well-being.
