AI Video Creator Wanted — Fashion Ads That Actually Convert

Megas Ecommerce LLC is a fast-growing fashion dropshipping company operating multiple Shopify stores across international markets — US, UK, Australia, and Canada. Our remote team handles everything from marketing and creative production to operations and customer service — and we are scaling fast.
We are looking for a full-time AI Video Creator who lives and breathes AI-generated content, is ready to hit the ground running from day one, and can produce videos at volume without sacrificing quality.
This role is 100% focused on AI video creation for fashion ads.

What You Will Be Doing

Creating high-volume, high-quality AI-generated video ads for our fashion brands — daily output is expected.
Bringing products and brand personas to life using AI video tools.
Producing short-form content optimised for paid social (Meta, TikTok-style formats).
Translating our target customer's lifestyle, values, and aesthetic into video that connects and converts.
Staying on top of the latest AI video tools and techniques — we expect you to know what's working right now.
Organising all deliverables and progress in shared sheets.
Communicating proactively with the team on timelines and output.


Must-Haves

Your own active subscriptions to AI video generation tools (e.g. Runway, Kling, Pika, Luma, Gemini, Hailuo, or similar) — you must be ready to create from day one, no onboarding period.
Unlimited or high-volume generation capacity — we move fast and need consistent daily output.
Proven experience creating AI video content, ideally for fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
Strong feel for pacing, composition, and what makes an ad stop the scroll.
Organised, reliable, and deadline-driven.
Available full-time with flexible hours — deadlines are non-negotiable.
Willing to go the extra mile when volume demands it.
Available to start immediately.
