ABOUT THE ROLE
Gateway Chiropractic is a fast-growing chiropractic clinic in St. Louis, MO focused on helping the community move, feel, and perform better. We bring free Balance & Alignment Checks directly to local businesses — paired with a provided lunch — as a way to serve employees and introduce them to chiropractic care.
We are looking for a reliable, high-energy VA to own our corporate outreach pipeline: researching prospects, making warm introductory calls, sending follow-up
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Make outbound phone calls to local businesses, HR contacts, and office managers using provided scripts
Pitch and book on-site Balance & Alignment Check events paired with a provided lunch for employees
Send follow-up
Track outreach activity and outcomes daily in a shared Google Sheet (calls made,
Schedule confirmed events on the doctor’s calendar with correct contact info, location, and notes
Follow up on warm leads who expressed interest but haven’t confirmed
Send confirmation
Report weekly: # of calls made, # of
EVENT TYPES YOU’LL BOOK (IN PRIORITY ORDER)
Balance & Alignment Checks at local businesses — PRIMARY focus (free on-site screening paired with a provided lunch for employees)
Health fairs at mid-size companies and community organizations
Corporate wellness lunch-and-learn presentations for HR or benefits contacts
Community networking events and sponsored meetups
YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU…
Are comfortable making cold and warm calls in English — clear, confident, and friendly
Have experience as a VA, appointment setter, or outreach/sales role (1+ year preferred)
Are highly organized and detail-oriented — nothing falls through the cracks with you
Know how to use Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Chat, and Google Calendar
Are a self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding once you have a script and a list
Are available during US Central business hours (at least partially) for phone calls
Have reliable internet and a quiet environment for calls
NICE TO HAVE
Experience working with a chiropractic, medical, or wellness practice
Background in appointment setting or B2B outreach
Ability to independently research and identify new prospect leads (businesses, HR contacts, event venues)
Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
This is a high-activity role. With 4–5 hours of focused outreach daily, we expect:
Minimum 100 outbound calls per week
Minimum 100 outreach
20–25 new prospects researched and added to the tracking sheet per week
At least 4–8 confirmed events booked per month
Daily activity log updated in Google Sheets by end of each shift
Results matter more than hours. We track what gets booked, not just what gets dialed. Strong performers will have the opportunity to grow within this role.
