JOB OVERVIEW

The Opportunity

Each month, approximately 50 leads respond to our outreach but do not successfully book a call
with our outreach team/director. These are not cold or disinterested contacts, they have already
engaged. This is our highest-value recovery opportunity.

In addition, we maintain a large existing lead list with thousands of contacts that can be worked
proactively to expand our pipeline. Both pools represent real revenue potential that currently
goes unworked.

Role of the Appointment Setter

The Appointment Setter is responsible for engaging with prospects who have shown interest in
our services and guiding them towards the next step in the sales process.

Key responsibilities include:
? Contacting leads promptly after they respond to outreach campaigns.
? Introducing our Google Ads and landing page review service.
? Confirming the prospect's interest in improving lead generation, lead quality, or
advertising performance.
? Securing a commitment from prospects to watch the personalised video review prepared
by us.
? Obtaining permission to follow up after the review has been delivered.
? Qualifying prospects by identifying decision-makers and understanding their involvement
in Google Ads and website decisions.
? Scheduling meetings between qualified prospects and Josh Strawczynski to discuss the
review findings.
? Recording detailed notes and qualification information in the CRM.
? Re-engaging previous leads who have received a review but have not yet progressed to
a meeting.

The Appointment Setter is not responsible for selling the full service. Their primary objective is
to qualify opportunities, secure engagement with the video review, and book appointments with
the Director for further discussion.

What We Are Looking For
•Fluent English with a clear, neutral-to-American accent — this is a phone role
•Comfortable making outbound calls and sending follow-up emails
•Warm, consultative communication style — you listen before you pitch
•Highly organized — you own your tracker and keep it current
•Available during US business hours, Monday to Friday
•Experience in appointment setting, SDR, or phone-based customer roles is a plus
•No industry knowledge required — we provide the script and onboarding

A few things we would love for you to recommend:

-How many follow-up attempts would typically be done per lead?
-Would this include both calls and emails?
-Over what timeframe would the follow-ups happen?
