Virtual Assistant – Product Listing & AI Image Creation (E-commerce)

ABOUT THE ROLE
I run an online resale / e-commerce business and I'm looking for a reliable,
detail-oriented virtual assistant to help me create product listings.
The work is repetitive and process-driven: you'll collect product photos from
supplier links, generate clean "on-model" / worn product visuals using AI tools
(ChatGPT / Gemini), and publish the finished listings on the selling platform I use.
Full training is provided (video walkthrough + written step-by-step SOP).
I provide the ChatGPT / Gemini subscription and all the tools you need.
Once you master the process, this is a long-term, stable role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (DAILY)
- Collect product info and photos from supplier websites / links I provide
- Use AI image tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) to turn supplier photos into
"worn" / on-model visuals, following my templates and prompts
- Check and verify each generated image for quality and consistency
(correct product, no obvious AI errors, matches my standards)
- Write or adapt product descriptions using my existing templates
- Create and publish the listings on the platform
- Keep a simple tracker (Google Sheet / Airtable) of completed work

REQUIREMENTS
- Good written English
- Reliable internet + a working computer
- Quick to learn new web tools (AI image generators, listing dashboard)
- Very detail-oriented — you follow instructions precisely
- Able to handle repetitive work without dropping quality
- Available full-time, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday

NICE TO HAVE (not required)
- Experience with e-commerce listings (Shopify, eBay, Vinted, etc.)
- Experience writing AI image prompts
- Basic image editing (Canva, Photopea)

SCHEDULE & PAY
- Full-time – 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
- Rate: $500 per month
- Paid monthly via Wise
- I provide the ChatGPT / Gemini subscription and required tools
- Long-term role with room to grow as the business scales
