Paid Advertising & Lead Generation Specialist (Meta & Google Ads)

Maison De L’Esthétique is a doctor-led aesthetic clinic based in South Manchester, UK. We are looking for an experienced Paid Advertising & Lead Generation Specialist to help increase enquiries, consultations and treatment bookings through Meta and Google Ads.
Responsibilities
Create, manage and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
Create, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns
Drive high-quality leads and enquiries for aesthetic treatments
Set up and monitor conversion tracking
Link and manage Google Ads with our website
Monitor website performance and suggest improvements to increase conversions
Create and optimise landing pages where required
Monitor competitor marketing activities and identify opportunities
Suggest marketing campaigns, offers and growth strategies
Support email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing
Provide regular performance reports and recommendations
Requirements
Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
Experience generating leads for local businesses
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, analytics and reporting
Experience with landing pages and website optimisation
Ability to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to work independently and proactively
Preferred
Experience working with aesthetic clinics, cosmetic clinics, dentists, healthcare providers or similar industries
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and CRM systems
Knowledge of patient acquisition and consultation-based businesses
