We are looking for an experienced Garage Door Dispatcher to join our growing U.S. service company.

This position requires daily management of technicians, dispatching jobs, tracking technician locations and availability, and coordinating all communication through WhatsApp and Workiz CRM.

Requirements:

? Previous Garage Door Dispatch experience in the USA
? Strong experience with Workiz CRM
? Experience managing technicians through WhatsApp
? Excellent English communication skills
? Ability to schedule, dispatch, and monitor jobs efficiently
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
? Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Responsibilities:

• Manage technicians throughout the day via WhatsApp
• Dispatch new jobs and assign technicians
• Track technician availability, ETA, and job status
• Follow up with technicians and customers
• Update and manage all jobs inside Workiz CRM
• Coordinate schedules and maximize technician productivity
• Handle reschedules, cancellations, and customer updates
