Video Clipper: Trial to Full Time

Looking for someone to turn long podcast YouTube videos into short, engaging Instagram Reels.

What you'll do:
- I send you YouTube links for my niche (hours of podcast content)
- You download the videos and find the best ---------- nts
- You edit them into short Reels
- I give you a style guide so you know exactly what I want

The deal:
- 40 hours/week
- Paid hourly
- Starts as a paid trial ? goes full time if the work is good
