Social Media Associate – Home Décor Brand and Personal brand
TNCST Products is a growing home décor brand looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Associate to help us scale our online presence. Not only will you be respinsible for growing sales on social media platforms but also create listings for new products, run deals and drive sales.
The successful canditate will also create listing for other platforms such as walmart and etsy.

You’ll manage our social media accounts and TikTok influencer collaborations, create AI-generated visuals and videos, and repurpose influencer content into engaging new posts.

We’re looking for someone who:

Understands platform policies to keep content compliant

Can identify and collaborate with TikTok creators

Participate on Redit, Pinterest and youtube.

Knows how to track and drive measurable sales through influencer and referral programs

Has an eye for home décor aesthetics and trending content

This person will also be tasked with taking my personal brand content and videos and editing them into content for tiktok as I try to create a following.

We do not want an agency or are we looking to work with a team. This should be a direct hire with th potential to switch to full time.
