**All-Round Developer / Automation Specialist for Real Estate Company

## Job Description

We are looking for a smart and reliable **all-round developer / technical all-rounder** to support our real estate company with automations, integrations and technical improvements.

We do not need someone who only builds websites. We need someone who understands how different systems work together and can help us connect, improve and maintain our internal workflows.

Our company uses different tools for leads, WhatsApp communication, CRM, viewings, document collection and automation. Your job will be to help make these systems work smoothly together.

You will work with tools such as:

* Claude Code
* n8n
* Zoko
* Salesforce
* Vercel & website development
* Meta Lead Ads
* Meta Pixel / Conversion API
* ----------
* Google Workspace
* Website forms and landing pages
* SEO

Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required. What matters most is that you understand APIs, webhooks, automations, data flows and how systems connect with each other.

## Main Responsibilities

* Build and maintain automations in n8n
* Connect website forms with CRM and WhatsApp flows
* Help set up and improve Zoko / Zoco WhatsApp automations
* Work with Claude Code to build, debug and improve small features
* Fix bugs in forms, uploads, landing pages and user flows
* Help connect Meta Lead Ads and website leads to our systems
* Support data mapping between different tools
* Test workflows and make sure everything works correctly
* Document what you changed in a clear and simple way
* Think along with us on how to improve our technical processes

## Skills We Are Looking For

You should have experience with:

* n8n or similar automation tools
* APIs
* Webhooks
* JSON
* JavaScript
* HTML / CSS
* Basic backend logic
* Form integrations
* CRM workflows
* Debugging technical issues
* Working with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor or ChatGPT

You do not need to be a senior developer, but you must be smart, structured and able to figure things out.

## Nice to Have

Experience with any of the following is a big plus:

* Salesforce
* Zoko / Zoco
* WhatsApp Business API
* Meta Pixel
* Meta Conversion API

* Flexible hours, but we need someone who is responsive and available consistently
