About the role

I'm an entrepreneur running multiple businesses alongside a growing personal brand, and I'm looking for a right-hand person to take ownership of my communications and content. This is not a "wait to be told" role. I want a proactive, strategic partner who can step into my world, figure things out, and make things happen without being micromanaged.

Do this well, and the opportunity is genuinely open-ended — higher pay, more hours, and real partnership opportunities across both my personal and professional life.

What you'll do

> Manage and respond to my direct messages and communications across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
> Book meetings and start conversations through DMs — you're a natural, excellent communicator
> Proactively create content on my behalf: innovative, strategic, and on-brand
> Handle a range of personal and business administrative tasks
> Spot opportunities to make my life easier and act on them before I have to ask

Who you are

> A proactive self-starter who doesn't need to be managed — you take a goal and run with it
> A critical thinker and problem solver who reviews your own work and catches mistakes before they happen
> Detail-oriented — careless clerical errors are a dealbreaker
> A confident, polished writer and communicator
> Comfortable with ambiguity — you'd rather figure it out than wait for step-by-step instructions

Hours & flexibility

> This is outcome-based, not clock-based. I care that the work gets done well, not exactly when you do it. Expect 15–20 hours per week to start within the first 30 days. As you prove yourself, hours and responsibility will ramp up.

Compensation & growth

> Starting at $4.50/hour, with raises as you demonstrate your value. For the right person, there are unlimited income and partnership opportunities — this can grow into something far bigger than an hourly role.
