We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to manage community engagement and content distribution on Reddit. We need someone who understands the nuances of platform algorithms and can maintain a high level of account health through organic activity.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Scheduling: Prepare and execute daily posting schedules across various niche communities.

Account Management: Maintain account "warmth" through consistent, high-quality engagement (voting, commenting, and browsing).

Performance Tracking: Monitor post reach and engagement metrics to optimize posting times.

Compliance: Ensure all activity aligns with platform-specific guidelines to maintain long-term account health.

Requirements:
Technical Setup: You must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated mobile device for mobile-app-based posting.

Device Requirement: Must own and have daily access to a dedicated iOS device (iPhone 8 or iPhone X) for mobile-first platform testing and optimization.

Experience: Proven experience navigating Reddit’s ecosystem and understanding "Karma" requirements.

Reliability: Ability to work a consistent shift of 8 hours per day.

Discretion: Ability to follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain project confidentiality.
