JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We're a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) supplement brand scaling on Meta. We need a sharp, detail-obsessed Ads Uploader / Media Buyer Assistant to handle the daily mechanics of our ad account — getting creatives live correctly, tracking performance, and flagging issues fast.
This is a high-trust execution role. You won't be setting strategy on day one, but you'll be the hands that keep our ad account clean, organized, and running. Do this well and there's a clear path to more responsibility as we scale.

What You'll Do

Upload creatives (video + static) into Meta Business Manager and launch ad sets accurately
Follow our naming conventions exactly — campaign, ad set, and ad level (no exceptions)
Build daily ROAS reports and keep our tracking sheet updated
Monitor active campaigns and ad sets for delivery issues, spend pacing, and errors
Flag underperforming ad sets and creatives quickly, with clean data to back it up
Duplicate, organize, and structure campaigns as directed
Keep the ad library and asset folders organized and labeled correctly


Must-Have Requirements

Hands-on experience inside Meta Ads Manager / Business Manager (uploading, launching, monitoring)
Obsessive attention to detail — naming conventions and structure must be perfect every time
Comfortable reading and reporting on core metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, spend, CPM
Available and responsive during US business hours
Strong written English and reliable daily communication
Self-managing and dependable — consistent daily reporting without being chased

Nice to Have

DTC ecommerce experience (especially supplements/wellness)
Experience with Shopify and tracking/attribution tools
Basic understanding of creative testing structure
Familiarity with reporting tools or dashboards (Google Sheets, etc.)
