We’re looking for a Junior Landscape Draftsman who can support our local team with 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and rendering for international landscape projects (US, AU, UK, and more).
You’ll work closely with senior designers and project leads to turn concepts into clear, buildable drawings and compelling visuals. If you love landscape design, are detail-oriented, and want daily exposure to global standards, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare 2D landscape drawings (plans, elevations, sections, details) using CAD software.
• Build 3D landscape models (e.g., SketchUp or similar) based on design briefs and CAD files.
• Produce high-quality renders and presentation images for client submissions.
• Update and revise drawings based on markups, redlines, and feedback from senior staff.
• Assist in organizing drawing sets for tender, construction, and presentation purposes.
• Maintain clean file structures, layer standards, and naming conventions.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines across different time zones.
Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience as a Landscape Draftsman, CAD Technician, or similar role
(Strong fresh grads with solid portfolios are welcome to apply).
• Proficiency in 2D CAD (AutoCAD or similar).
• Working knowledge of 3D modeling (preferably SketchUp).
• Experience in rendering (Lumion, D5, Enscape, V-Ray, or similar) is a big plus.
• Basic understanding of:
• Landscape / site plans
• Planting plans
• Hardscape layouts
• Levels / grading and details
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standards and templates.
• Comfortable working with foreign clients and communicating in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to learn fast, receive feedback, and grow into a more senior role over time.
Compensation, Credits & Growth
• Starting (Probationary): P18,000/month
• With good performance, salary can grow to P30,000/month and higher
We use a Credit Policy System to measure and reward:
• Output & Quality – accuracy of drawings, clarity, reduced revisions
• Speed & Reliability – hitting deadlines, responsiveness
• Dedication – consistency, ownership, and professionalism
• Long-Term Contribution – staying, improving, and helping the team grow
Important:
Salary is directly correlated with your Credit score in our system.
Higher credits = higher salary and opportunities.
What We Offer
• Work on international landscape projects with growing long-term clients.
• Training and mentoring to help you level up your skills.
• Clear path from Junior to Mid / Senior Draftsman.
• Remote work setup with performance-based incentives and bonuses.
• A merit-based environment where your growth depends on your effort and results.
