Shopify website design project

We are currently looking for an expert in website design/development. The ideal candidate would very effective at communicating our ideas through clean and appealing designs. He or she would be expected to give us daily updates as to the project, meet expected deadlines as well. In addition to this, he or she must have some knowledge of the hair/beauty industry, so that he or she designs could effectively engage with our audience and ultimately improve our conversion rate.
