Virtual Assistant for Growing YouTube Business

I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support my growing YouTube business. This role works closely with my head VA and starts with a trial phase focused on basic tasks. As trust and skill build, responsibilities will gradually grow.

Tasks will include:
- Reviewing existing video titles and brainstorming fresh angles and new ideas to help grow the channels
- Occasionally quality checking videos and scripts to make sure they're up to standard
- Helping warm up and manage channels using Multilogin
- Updating Google Sheets (tracking videos, tasks and workflows)
- Using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc) to help with research, summaries and simple content tasks
- Following SOPs and helping improve them over time

Must-haves:

- Strong written and spoken English (very critical)
- Confident using Google Sheets, Docs, Drive and Gmail
- Comfortable using AI tools
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Reliable internet connection and consistent availability
- Willingness to learn, improve and take feedback positively

Nice-to-have (not required):

- Previous VA experience
- Familiarity with YouTube or online businesses
