VERY RELIABLE Phone Support Person Needed Between the Hours of 8AM to 9PM Eastern

We are looking for either someone based in the United States or the Philippines

American or Filipino Phone Support Person Needed Between the Hours of 8AM to 9PM "EASTERN / New York Time"


Please read every single word of this project description before placing your bid.


We need people whose phones WORK. The company that we are using right now are having a LOT of problems with missing calls and not answering the call live. In addition when they do answer the calls the sound quality is terrible.

We DO NOT want you if you are in an area where you are hit by storms, flooding and anything else that will prevent you from answering the phones and being able to do so with quality.

We have some of the BEST customers in the world and we are looking for the best phone support person to join our team.

With that said... We are looking for someone that is EXTREMELY nice, has a pleasant phone voice, whose English is EXCEPTIONAL and will bend over backward to help our customers out and to make sure that they are 110% HAPPY and satisfied with the outcome.

#1- You will be required to answer our customer support phone line between the hours of 8am to 9pm ..You must have a highly reliable phone, that receives great reception where you are based. (A land line would be preferred but not 100% required)

#2- You must have an extremely reliable U.S. based phone number that we can forward our 1-800- number to between these times.

#3- You must have a reliable computer and Internet connection. Please DO NOT bid if you live in an area where there are lots of internet or power outages, storms, etc.
(We will NOT tolerate unreliability)

#4- You will be required to answer calls from customers who want to
either:

a- Place an order
b- Cancel a recurring membership charge
c- Receive a refund
d- Ask a question
e- Just see if we are a real company

#5- We will teach you order shopping cart system so you can place orders, cancel recurring memberships and process refunds.

#6- This is a long term position, so you must be available long term, we are looking for someone that will be available for at least a year+

#7- You will need to be able to type at least 30 wpm and in English for Chat Support we are adding in the next few weeks

#8- You must be available to have bi-weekly progress and team meeting calls with me or another team member
