YouTube Thumbnail Designer for Premium Educational Channel

We’re looking for a genuinely excellent YouTube thumbnail designer for an education-focused channel.

This is not for basic Canva-style thumbnails. We need someone who understands how to make educational content look clear, premium, and highly clickable without feeling cheap, misleading, or overly entertainment-based.

You’ll create 3–4 thumbnails per week from video titles, scripts, topics, or rough concepts.

What we’re looking for:

* Strong YouTube thumbnail experience
* Excellent composition, contrast, typography, and visual hierarchy
* Clean, bold, easy-to-read designs
* Ability to make educational topics feel interesting and clickable
* Reliable turnaround and willingness to revise based on feedback
