JOB OVERVIEW

We are an Australian hospitality group operating 6 venues in Darwin and are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to manage and improve our online presence.

We are seeking someone who can help increase our visibility on Google, strengthen our social media presence, maintain our websites, and support marketing campaigns across multiple venues.

This is a long-term position with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

* Manage social media accounts across multiple venues
* Create and schedule engaging content
* Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews
* Improve Google search visibility and online presence
* Manage and optimise business listings
* Update website content, events, promotions, and menus
* Assist with marketing campaigns and venue promotions
* Monitor performance and provide regular reports
* Research competitors and identify growth opportunities
