VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS NEEDED – CALIFORNIA INSURANCE AGENCY

PRIOR INSURANCE AGENCY EXPERIENCE A MUST

A growing California Property & Casualty Insurance Agency is hiring five full-time Virtual Assistants to join our team.

OPEN POSITIONS:
• Commercial Renewal Specialist
• Personal Lines Renewal Specialist
• Policy Change Specialist
• Rating Specialist #1
• Rating Specialist #2

Responsibilities May Include:
• Processing insurance renewals
• Preparing renewal proposals
• Quoting and rating insurance policies
• Processing policy changes and endorsements
• Communicating with insurance carriers and clients
• Reviewing policies for accuracy
• Maintaining agency management system documentation
• Assisting account managers with daily service tasks

Requirements:
• Insurance agency experience required
• Property & Casualty insurance experience required
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Comfortable and efficient working with technology, including AMS360, Agency Zoom, Canopy Connect, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and multiple web-based insurance carrier platforms
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong computer and data-entry skills

Workstation Requirements:
• Computer or laptop
• Dual-monitor setup
• Professional headset with microphone
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Backup internet connection preferred
• Quiet, private, professional work environment

Schedule:
• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Must be available during California business hours
• Either 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
• Monday through Friday
