Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing team in Richmond, BC.
In this inside-sales role, you’ll handle incoming leads, provide accurate moving quotes, and guide customers through the booking process. This position offers a solid base salary, ongoing support, and the opportunity to grow within a reputable A+ BBB-accredited company.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound phone and online inquiries for moving quotes
Provide professional consultations and customized moving estimates
Convert leads into booked moves through exceptional customer service and sales follow-up
Manage leads and follow-ups using CRM software
Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure a seamless move experience
Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion goals
Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, inside sales, or customer service (moving or logistics industry experience is an asset)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-driven, organized, and proactive approach
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Basic computer skills (CRM, spreadsheets, email)
Valid driver’s license is an asset
