# Virtual Assistant – Marketing Research & Outreach Specialist (Full-Time, Work From Home)

Expert Intuitive Advisor Inc. is a US-based company hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant to run our marketing research and outreach operations. This is a long-term, work-from-home role with weekly pay, complete training, and a clear path to grow into higher pay and more responsibility.

You do **not** need years of experience. We use modern AI tools to do the heavy lifting — your job is to follow the system, stay organized, and communicate clearly. If you're reliable, coachable, and write well in English, we'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do (all of it taught)
- Research target companies, markets, and contacts (prospect and market research)
- Build and organize lead lists for our outreach campaigns
- Send cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Run and track follow-up and email sequences
- Pass warm leads to our team when prospects reply (appointment-setting support)
- Help schedule content and support marketing campaigns
- Keep simple reports (replies, meetings booked, campaign results)

Who We're Looking For
- Strong written English — you'll be writing outreach messages daily
- Reliable and consistent — you show up and follow through
- Coachable and detail-oriented — happy to learn and follow our system
- Comfortable with focused, careful work
- Reliable internet (25 Mbps or higher) and a quiet, professional home workspace
- Available full-time on a steady weekly schedule

Nice to Have (not required — we'll train you)
- Any experience in virtual assistance, lead generation, outreach, or marketing
- Familiarity with tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, LinkedIn, or any CRM
- Google Workspace and basic spreadsheet skills

Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Saturday (Saturday is a half-day). Your exact daily hours are set during the interview.

Pay & Growth
- Training period (first 1-2 weeks): PHP 4,000/week as you learn our system
- After training: PHP 4,500/week (PHP 18,000/month)
- Strong performers grow toward PHP 22,000+/month, reviewed regularly
- Paid weekly, every Saturday
- 13th-month / year-end bonus
