JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing Shopify dropshipping brand looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service VA to handle our daily customer support operations across 2-3 stores. This is a long-term part-time role with potential to grow into full-time based on performance.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING (DAILY)

Customer Support
- Reply to customer emails in clean, professional English
- Handle order cancellations, refund requests, and subscription cancellations
- Resolve issues like shipping delays, wrong items received, address change requests
- Follow our SOPs and email templates (we already have them — you just execute)

Shopify Operations
- Cancel orders, process refunds, issue store credits inside Shopify admin
- Update customer shipping addresses before fulfillment
- Cancel active subscriptions on customer request

Supplier Communication
- Communicate with our Chinese supplier in English via WhatsApp/email when:
– A customer requests a shipping address change after order is sent
– A customer received the wrong item and we need to arrange a reship
– Tracking gets stuck and we need a reship arranged

Tracking & Updates
- Use 17track to check shipping status before responding to customers
- Provide tracking links and updates to customers

Daily End-of-Day Report
- Total emails handled
- Pending/unreplied
- Refunds processed
- Supplier-related issues open

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

- 1+ year experience in Shopify DROPSHIPPING customer service
- Excellent written English — clean, professional, no broken English
- Experience handling international shipping delays and US customers
- Experience communicating with Chinese suppliers in English
- Familiar with: Shopify admin, 17track, Gmail, Google Sheets
- Calm under pressure and comfortable with frustrated customers
- Reliable, organized, and proactive — no babysitting required
- Available daily (Monday-Friday minimum)

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with subscription products / Recharge / monthly products
- Experience handling chargeback dispute responses

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

- $4/hour to start
- 3 hours/day, 7 days/week (21 hours/week)
- Paid trial week at $2.50/hour to test fit (1 week, then full rate if accepted)
- Performance-based raises every 3 months
- Long-term role with growth into full-time possible
- 13th month bonus

WORKING HOURS
- Flexible — must complete daily tasks within 24 hours of receiving them
- US time zone responsiveness preferred (replies during US business hours is a bonus)
