JOB OVERVIEW

This is not a traditional photo editing job.

We are hiring a Real Estate AI Post Production Editor/ Operator to help run, manage, and improve our real estate photo editing workflow.

Most of this role involves bulk processing real estate photos through an AI editing system, reviewing the output, and quickly making the corrections needed before delivery. You will be responsible for making sure our final images look clean, accurate, professional, and distraction-free.

This role requires speed, strong visual judgment, attention to detail, reliable communication, and the ability to work efficiently through large batches of photos.

The goal is not to slowly over-edit every image. The goal is to quickly identify what matters, fix the important issues, and move on to the next photo.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your main responsibility will be taking AI-edited real estate photos and preparing them for final delivery.

This includes:

* Bulk processing real estate photos through our AI editing workflow
* Reviewing AI-edited images for quality, accuracy, and consistency
* Fixing verticals, horizontals, and perspective issues
* Correcting wall colors, floor colors, cabinets, ceilings, and finishes
* Removing distractions using Photoshop tools such as Generative Fill, healing, cloning, and cleanup tools
* Removing or fixing items such as cords, clutter, trash cans, cars, people, pets, signs, reflections, wires, small messes, and other distractions
* Making cropping decisions when it improves the composition
* Comparing edited images to originals to make sure the final result is accurate
* Preparing final galleries for delivery
* Communicating clearly when there are issues, questions, or recurring problems
* Helping identify ways to improve our editing workflow over time

A big part of this job is being able to quickly look at a photo, notice what is distracting, fix it cleanly, and keep moving.

Additional Responsibilities

In addition to standard real estate photo editing, you may also:

* Manage AI workflows for virtual staging orders
* Review virtually staged images for realism, scale, placement, and quality
* Prepare virtually staged images for final delivery
* Edit RAW files for specialized design, architectural, or interior photography projects
* Edit twilight photos when needed
* Help improve our systems, checklists, and quality control process over time

What Good Work Looks Like

Good work in this role means:

* Verticals are straight
* Perspective feels natural
* Walls look accurate and not color-shifted
* Floors, cabinets, ceilings, and finishes look realistic
* Images feel clean, bright, professional, and natural
* Distracting objects are removed when appropriate
* Cleanup work is not obvious
* Cropping improves the photo without cutting off important features
* Virtual staging looks realistic and believable
* The edit does not feel fake, overdone, or artificial
* The final gallery feels consistent from image to image
* You work quickly without becoming careless
* You remember feedback and apply it to future jobs

We need someone who can make good judgment calls without needing every small decision explained.

Work Schedule

* Tuesday – Saturday
* 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Eastern Time
* Full-time availability required
* Real-time communication during U.S. business hours is required

You must be available, responsive, and actively working during the scheduled hours.
