We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager based in the Philippines to support our online presence and help grow awareness of our programs.

## Position Overview

This is a remote freelance position for a social media professional with excellent English communication skills. You will be responsible for creating engaging social media content using videos, photos, and visual assets provided by TokyLabs.

The role requires consistency, creativity, and the ability to communicate effectively with an international audience of parents, educators, schools, and partners.

## Key Responsibilities

* Create and publish **2 social media posts per week** (minimum 8 posts per month).
* Write professional and engaging captions in **fluent English**.
* Edit and optimize provided videos and images for social media platforms.
* Develop content ideas aligned with TokyLabs' educational and marketing objectives.
* Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
* Ensure brand consistency across all communications.
* Provide a simple monthly report summarizing content performance and key metrics.

## What TokyLabs Will Provide

* Videos and photos from classes, workshops, events, and student activities.
* Brand guidelines and company information.
* Content direction and marketing objectives.
* Access to social media platforms (if required).

## Requirements

### Mandatory

* Based in the Philippines.
* **Excellent written and spoken English.**
* Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses, educational organizations, startups, or consumer brands.
* Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
* Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Reliable internet connection and availability for online meetings when required.

### Preferred

* Experience in education, STEM, technology, robotics, coding, or children's programs.
* Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and social media analytics.
* Experience creating short-form video content and reels.

## Deliverables

* 8 social media posts per month (2 per week).
* Caption writing and hashtag research.
* Basic video editing and image optimization.
* Monthly content calendar.
* Monthly performance report.

* Remote (Philippines)
* Freelance / Contract-Based
* Flexible working hours
* Initial contract: 3 months with possibility of long-term collaboration
