Virtual Project Manager

We are looking for an assistant to manage communication with Airbnb guests, and with contractors to ensure that the guest experience remains smooth.

Daily tasks would include:
1. communicating with guests
2. informing them about the area
3. booking in cleaning crew and maintenance
4. Alerting the manager if there are emergencies or quick turnarounds that need to be dealt with.
