Position Overview

Ensign Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and service-minded Personal Lines Insurance Service Representative to support our growing personal insurance department.

This role is responsible for servicing personal insurance accounts, processing policy changes, assisting with renewals and remarketing, and providing exceptional client support. You will work closely with advisors, account managers, carrier partners, and clients to ensure insurance needs are handled accurately, efficiently, and professionally.

This position is ideal for someone who values structure, ownership, precision, and being a trusted contributor within a professional team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Service personal lines insurance accounts including Auto, Home, Umbrella, and related policies
Process endorsements, policy changes, cancellations, and reinstatements
Assist with policy renewals and remarketing opportunities
Prepare and obtain insurance quotes from carrier partners
Review policies for accuracy and communicate discrepancies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within agency management systems
Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email
Coordinate with carriers and internal tea ---------- mbers to ensure timely completion of service requests
Track and follow up on outstanding items until completed
Assist clients with billing, policy questions, and coverage documentation
Maintain organized electronic documentation and file management
Support internal compliance and documentation procedures
Required Qualifications
Experience servicing Personal Lines insurance accounts required
Demonstrated experience with:
Auto Insurance
Homeowners Insurance
Umbrella Insurance
Policy changes and endorsements
Renewals and remarketing
Insurance quoting
Agency management system experience preferred (Applied EPIC experience a plus)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, fast-paced professional environment
Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technology
