$700–$900/Mo + Bonuses Social Media Manager Long-Term Role

looking for a creative, detail-driven Social Media Manager to run and grow our talent’s social accounts across X and TikTok. This is a long-term role with room to grow as the business scales. You’ll work directly with the founder and own the day-to-day of how our accounts perform.

Plan, schedule, and post content daily across X and TikTok for multiple accounts
• Manage content calendars and keep posting cadence consistent
• Track analytics, spot what’s working, and adjust strategy to grow reach and engagement
• Coordinate with editors and the wider team across time zones (US + PH)
• Organize assets and workflows in Airtable, Notion, and Google Workspace
• Stay on top of trends, sounds, and formats to keep accounts current
• Take on new responsibilities as you prove yourself
