About the Role
The Linden Woods Condominium Association Board is looking for a reliable, organized individual to support day-to-day operations of a self-managed community. This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role helping a small but active board keep things running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Monitor and respond to owner inquiries via PayHOA and
Track and update maintenance tickets and work order statuses
Organize and file records, documents, and correspondence
Draft communications, notices, and meeting minutes
Follow up with vendors and contractors on open items
Assist with violations tracking and documentation
Support monthly board meeting prep and follow-up
You're a Great Fit If You:
Are highly organized and detail-oriented
Communicate clearly in writing
Can keep things confidential
Are comfortable with online tools (Google Workspace, PayHOA a plus)
Have experience in property management, admin, or HOA operations (preferred, not required)
