???? We’re Hiring: Legal Intake Specialist – U.S. Estate Planning & Probate Law (Permanent WFH)

Are you passionate about helping others and experienced in legal intake for U.S. law firms? We’re looking for a confident, client-focused Legal Intake Specialist to support a growing U.S. Estate Planning & Probate Law Firm.
As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive client experience, gathering case information, qualifying leads, and helping convert inquiries into consultations.

???? Permanent Work From Home | Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
???? Rate: USD $7–$9/hour (based on experience and skills)

What You’ll Be Doing
? Client Intake & Screening
• Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally
• Pre-qualify prospective clients based on the firm’s intake criteria
• Gather essential case details and accurately enter information into the CRM/case management system
• Schedule consultations with attorneys or legal staff
? Lead Follow-Up & Client Communication
• Follow up on missed calls, website inquiries, and incomplete intakes
• Keep the intake pipeline active with timely, friendly communication
• Build trust and help ensure qualified leads move forward
? Documentation & Case Preparation
• Prepare and organize intake documents accurately
• Send and follow up on retainer agreements and initial forms
• Maintain clear intake summaries for attorney review
? Team Collaboration
• Coordinate with attorneys and internal teams as needed
• Help ensure a smooth client onboarding experience

Required Qualifications
? At least 1 year of recent intake experience with a U.S. Estate Planning and/or Probate Law Firm
? Proven sales/closing background with strong conversion ability
? Neutral American accent
? Strong written and verbal English communication skills
? Comfortable handling client-facing calls with U.S.-based clients
? Ability to quickly learn local geography and pronunciation relevant to the firm’s clientele
? Reliable own laptop or desktop computer and stable internet connection
