Instagram Reels Posting VA — Daily Uploads (Multiple Accounts)

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to handle daily Instagram Reels posting across multiple accounts. It's a simple but consistent task — if you know your way around Instagram and can follow a routine, you'll do great.
What you'll do each day:

Log into our posting portal
Check our shared spreadsheet to see which Reels are due to post
Download the video from the link provided
Open Instagram on the assigned portal phone/account
Write the caption, description, and relevant hashtags
Post the Reel

The setup: 3 devices, 9 accounts total, 3 posts per day per account = 27 posts per day. Everything is laid out in the spreadsheet so you always know exactly what to post and where.
What we're looking for:

Experience posting Reels on Instagram (captions, hashtags, descriptions)
Strong attention to detail — posting to the correct account matters
Reliable daily availability and a stable internet connection
Good written English for captions
Someone consistent who can follow the same routine every day
