Frayter Media — Social Media Manager / Video Editor (Personal Brand)

We're looking for a hungry, detail-oriented Social Media Manager and Video Editor to own the content for our CEO's personal brand. This is a high-visibility role. Your work will be seen by hundreds of thousands of people.
What you'll own:

Editing short-form content (Reels, Shorts) — 2 videos per day
Posting and scheduling across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
Writing captions that match our voice — direct, bold, entrepreneurial
Staying on top of trends and bringing fresh ideas
Maintaining a consistent posting schedule with zero dropped balls

What we're looking for:

Strong short-form editing skills — fast cuts, captions, hooks
Experience managing social media accounts, not just editing
Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding
Obsessed with content and growth
Responsive and reliable
Portfolio of work required

Bonus points:

Experience in combat sports, fitness, or entrepreneurial content
Familiarity with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
English proficiency
